My OOU school fees was deducted from my account but not reflect on the school portal

I made payment of N180,000 today for my school fees, Olabisi Onabanjo University, it was deducted in my account but declined on the sch portal.What should I do?

Payment of acceptance fee

PHED TOKEN NOT GENERATED

I carried out a transaction through your platform to PHED for payment of energy on Thursday 2nd November 2023; I received a mail confirming my payment but token was not generated and my bank confirmed the vendor received the payment.
