Please, I just paid for eedc prepaid token of #1000. Transaction was successful, but I didn't receive any token. Please, help me to get the token.

Pls I just bought prepaid of 1500 and was deducted from my through transfer GTB app but token was not giving to me

I purchased 2000 Naira unit on the 14th March 2024 and didn't get tokens
