I was trying to pay OGITECH school fees but I got debited and it didn't reflect on the school and bank confirmed the transaction was successful

I made a payment for my technology fee and medical fee and OOU is not showing that have payed please what is happening? cause I want to start my registration.

I tried paying for my OOU school fees earlier today, no amount was deducted from the card and when I wanted to try it again, it was not showing the payment getaway where I will input my card. Please what is wrong? I need to pay my school fees on time.

Please i tried buying a PHED token from their website on 12th March, 2021 and the third party i was referenced to is Xpresspayonline where i paid the money through my card. i have been debited and no token was generated.
please i need assistant on this because my money is handing.
