Since last week I did the payment with no token received

No token generated after paying to phed yesterday

I paid phed ...because my light expired but they haven't given me any token since yesterday

Please, I just paid for eedc prepaid token of #1000. Transaction was successful, but I didn't receive any token. Please, help me to get the token.

Pls I just bought prepaid of 1500 and was deducted from my through transfer GTB app but token was not giving to me
