I scrolled through the homepage and FAQ at https://nanominex.com/ on my mobile phone —the layout is neat, the Russian version is a bit hacky in places, but the gist is clear. I noticed that contact channels are listed, but I didn't notice any service availability status pages. Has anyone had experience with Russian-language support via live chat, and do they have a response time limit?
