My terminal Id is 07034912536 I gave Henry my terminal since 7/7/2022 because it has been giving me error message since then I have gotten the terminal back and Henry refuse to pick my calls

My terminal Id is 07034912536
I gave Henry my terminal since 7/7/2022 because it has been giving me error message. He has not returned it and He has stopped picking my calls even block my main line from reaching him,
Please help me out on how to get the terminal back
